Ansela / Cookies
Cookies
Last updated: 11 October 2026.
This website doesn’t use tracking cookies. There’s no Meta pixel, no analytics and no advertising trackers, so you won’t see a cookie banner here.
Cookies this site sets
None. This website doesn’t set cookies of its own or store anything in your browser.
Under the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations (PECR), a site needs your consent before it stores anything on your device that isn’t strictly necessary. As this site stores nothing, there’s nothing to consent to.
Third parties
- Google Fonts. Our fonts load from Google’s servers, so your browser sends your IP address to Google. Google says its fonts service doesn’t set cookies.
- Cloudflare. Our host may set a strictly necessary security cookie to tell people apart from bots. It doesn’t track you across sites.
- Ad links. If you arrive from one of our Facebook or Instagram ads, the link carries a click ID and campaign tags. We read them from the link. We don’t set a cookie, and we don’t put the Meta pixel on this site. Our privacy notice explains what we do with the click ID.
Signing up and using Ansela
When you sign up or sign in, you move to the Ansela app. It uses these cookies and browser storage:
- Sign-in. Our sign-in provider, Clerk, sets cookies that keep you signed in and protect your account.
- Bot check. The sign-up page uses Cloudflare Turnstile to check you’re not a bot.
- Your workspace. A cookie remembers which business you’re working in.
- Payments. Stripe sets its own cookies on its payment pages to prevent fraud.
- Error reports. Sentry, our error-reporting service, records some app sessions, and sessions where something goes wrong, with all text and images hidden, so we can see what broke. It keeps a session ID in your browser’s session storage, which is cleared when you close the tab.
The app doesn’t use advertising cookies.
Managing cookies
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. If you block the strictly necessary ones, you won’t be able to sign in to Ansela.
Changes
If we ever add a cookie that isn’t strictly necessary, we’ll update this page and ask for your consent first.
